Refund Policy
Universal Smile greatly appreciates the support of our donors and well-wishers. Donations made to our organization are typically non-refundable, as they are immediately put to use in our ongoing programs and initiatives. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or if you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the donation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our sole discretion. To request a refund, please email us at universalsmile07@gmail.com with the transaction details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.
